Aluminum oxide (Al2O3)

Al2O3 is characterized above all by its extremely high hardness. In addition, Al2O3 very abrasion-resistant and has high thermal conductivity with chemical resistance.
Examples of applications include crucibles for analyses or holders for induction welding. Sensor housings or insulators for ignition systems are just as possible as any other individual application.
